The opportunity
We’re looking for a People & Talent Specialist to join our team and support the full employee lifecycle, from attracting great talent to delivering a positive and engaging employee experience.
This role is ideal for someone early in their People/HR career who is looking to grow into a specialist role, gaining hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, and people operations in a fast-paced, growing global organisation.
What you'll do
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Support and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs.
Use ATS to manage recruitment workflows and improve efficiency and automation.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the process.
Onboarding & Offboarding
Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and new hire documentation.
Support and deliver employee induction sessions, providing clarity on policies and processes.
Coordinate employee offboarding, including exit interviews and retrieval of company property.
Take ownership of onboarding and offboarding administration and continuously look for ways to improve processes.
People Operations
Act as the first point of contact for general employee queries.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records in HRIS.
Assist in updating the team handbook and company policies.
Track probation periods and support review cycles.
Assist with benefits administration (pension, health insurance, leave, etc.)
Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives, wellbeing activities, and team events.
Generate reports on key HR metrics.
What we're looking for
2-3 years’ experience in HR, people operations, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
Qualification in HR, business, or related field.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Comfortable using HRIS/ATS (e.g. HiBob, Teamtailor, BambooHR or similar).
Strong interest in recruitment and delivering a great candidate experience.
A proactive, can-do attitude with a strong willingness to learn and develop in a People role.
